This adds the low-level support required for reliable GBA lid sleep and PDN suspend/resume.
It introduces a minimal 12-byte ARM7 STOP trampoline in the GBA vector overlay, allowing the IRQ vector to be temporarily redirected to GBA BIOS
SWI 03hwithout modifying the loaded ROM image or using GBA RAM. It also adds the corresponding LGY runtime control needed to enter and leave GBA STOP while preserving the normal BIOS IRQ path anddirectBootbehavior. On the ARM11 side, the patch adds the PDN sleep/wake lifecycle for Core0/Core1, including dormant-state synchronization and wake handling, together with a cold graphics resume path that reinitializes the hardware state lost across PDN sleep while reusing the existing graphics initialization logic where possible.
