feat: add wallet helm chart

WHAT

• Adds initial Helm chart for Construct-X Wallet adapted from Tractus-X IdentityHub Chart
• Changes/adds wallet setup according to local EDC docker-compose
• Adds secrets for credentials
• Adds vault initialization script job to push AES or RSA keys into the vault on install
• Adds more descriptive command line output upon install/upgrade
• Adds missing comments in values file
• Changes README to reflect Construct-X setup

WHY

• The existing Tractus-X tractusx-identityhub chart targets the Tractus-X distribution. The Construct-X Wallet uses a different launcher and different extensions which are not reflected in the tractusx-identityhub chart.

FURTHER NOTES

What has been tested

• helm lint --strict passes without errors
• helm template renders without errors
• Deployed to cluster
  • Note: with Istio as Ingresscontroller instead of nginx Ingresscontroller
• Vault-init job completed successfully
• Wallet pod reached Running state with no error messages
• Endpoints reachable
• Paricipant creation successful via super-user extension
