For some reason, my computer freezes and reboots. This happens not only with this game but also on the Xenia emulator when the resolution is Full HD or higher.
I'll tinker with the TU downloader and try to figure out why that happens to you. I have a few ideas why this could be.
I figured it out. The emulator xenia doesn't reboot the PC, but Recomp does if I set resolution_scale = 3—I have a 4K monitor.
It’s the same story with the Army of Two recomp—it’s from a different author. But on the emulator, it doesn't reboot the PC.
same issue, stuck at 0%, downloaded TU_19KA1VF_0000004000000 from your link above and put in next to exe but when I launch exe it still tries to download, stuck at 0%, the text disappears and then nothing happens

I've yet to release the update for this issue, so I apologize for the delay! It should be resolved as of v0.3.0.

Yes, you can download the TU and drop it in the same directory as the EXE.

One more thing: Sonic Unleashed Recomp doesn't cause the PC to reboot in 4K.
Presumably due to the rendering.

I assume the issue lies with the Xenia DX12 renderer.
Did I understand correctly that you didn't completely replace the native renderer?

I think it's worth adding a DX11 renderer, as it runs more stably than DX12.
DX12 causes my PC to reboot.
