The directory `content/community/community-engineering/` was scoped by
job title even though Engin Diri's "Senior Solutions Architect" already
stretched that framing. Renaming the section to `community/team/` lets
the directory hold profiles for any outward-facing team — Customer
Success Architects, marketing engineers, anyone else who'd benefit from
a profile page parallel to Engin's and Adam's.

- Move content/community/community-engineering/*.{md,png}
  -> content/community/team/*.{md,png}
- Move + rename layout layouts/community/community-engineering/single.html
  -> layouts/community/team/single.html
- Update `layout:` and `meta_image:` frontmatter on both profiles
- Add Hugo aliases for the old `/community/community-engineering/<id>/`
  paths so existing links keep working
- Add scripts/redirects/community-team-rename-redirects.txt for proper
  server-side 301s (S3 WebsiteRedirectLocation)
- Add an _index.md with `build: { render: never }` so no listing page
  renders at /community/team/ — matches the prior behavior of
  /community/community-engineering/ which was 404

Pre-merge Review — Last updated 2026-05-22T19:19:15Z

Tip

Summary: This PR renames the team profile path from /community/community-engineering/ to /community/team/, adds a new team page for Elisabeth Lichtie (Customer Success Architect), and updates the blog byline partial to prefer the team page when one exists. Wrongness that would block a reader: a missing or broken alias on a renamed path (404 from external links to the old /community/community-engineering/... URLs) or an incorrect fact in a public bio page. Investigations: frontmatter sweep (alias + URL collisions confirmed as PR-internal renames), external claim verification on the talks list and bios, internal-data cross-check against data/team/team/*.toml for titles, redirect file inspection, layout/partial review.

Review confidence:

  • [L12-15] content/community/team/adam-gordon-bell.md"MLCon San Diego 2026 / Building Action-Taking AI Agents: Reliability Lessons from Real Systems / 2026-06-03" — verdict: unverifiable; the MLCon San Diego 2026 program page does not yet list speaker-level talk titles, so the claim couldn't be confirmed from public sources. Author question: can you point to a confirmation email, sessionize entry, or vendor-side speaker page so we (and any reader who clicks through) can verify? It's fine to ship if the talk is confirmed; just want to flag that there's no live citation a reader can click yet.

Worth a quick spot-check that the URL still loads and is the right video — if YouTube has unlisted/removed it, consider dropping the url: field or pointing at an archive.

  • [L5] content/community/team/elisabeth-lichtie.md"Elisabeth Lichtie is a Customer Success Architect at Pulumi." — verdict: unverifiable (public sources); the external verifier couldn't confirm her title from LinkedIn or Pulumi.com. Internal repo data does confirm it (data/team/team/elisabeth-lichtie.toml line 3: title = "Customer Success Architect"), so the page is consistent with the team data file — this is just a heads-up that the title may not yet be published anywhere external readers can cross-check. Optional polish: once she's announced publicly (LinkedIn, Pulumi blog bio), the title becomes externally citable.

  • [L5]content/community/team/elisabeth-lichtie.md (L1-9): the sibling team pages (adam-gordon-bell.md, engin-diri.md) both declare meta_image: pointing to a social-card PNG, but Elisabeth's page omits it. Social-share previews (OG/Twitter) will fall back to the site default. Not a blocker — flagging in case you want to generate elisabeth-social-card.png to match the pattern.

📋 Triaged verifier findings

I double-checked these and realized they weren't real findings — click to expand
  • [L35]Spurious: The claim being checked isn't actually present in the new file. content/community/team/adam-gordon-bell.md L36-39 attributes YouTube URL 89ESCBzM-3Q to "Build Your Own Container Runtime with chroot" at SCaLE 20x (2023-03-09) — which the trail itself verifies as correct at the L41 line. The extractor appears to have fabricated the "Dev Ops Exchange / Dockerfiles and Makefiles" claim from a stale snapshot.

  • [L35]Spurious: Same ghost claim as L35 above. grep confirms no "Dev Ops Exchange" event, no "Dockerfiles and Makefiles" string, and no "What if" string appear anywhere in the current file.

  • [L65]Spurious: The Houston Functional Programmers Meetup entry in the new file (L56-58) has no url: field — only event, title, and date. The claimed URL doesn't exist in the current file content, so there's nothing to fix here.

  • [L49]Spurious: The verifier flagged a framing mismatch between the new page's wording ("application security tools in Scala") and Adam's own bio at adamgordonbell.com/pages/bio.html ("cloud and container security solutions"). Both are self-authored bios by the same person (Adam Gordon Bell is the PR author), so the author has full latitude over how to characterize their own past work. Static analysis on Docker containers reasonably falls under both umbrellas.

  • [L5]Mis-sourced: The verifier checked LinkedIn and Pulumi blog pages but didn't consult the repo's own team-data file. data/team/team/elisabeth-lichtie.toml line 3 declares title = "Customer Success Architect" for id = "elisabeth-lichtie", which the team-page layout (layouts/community/team/single.html L8) reads as the canonical title. The page is internally consistent with the team data; the external public-source gap is a separate optional polish item (flagged in ⚠️ above).

  • [L1]Spurious (PR-internal rename): Both collisions come from .frontmatter-validation.json flagging the deleted file content/community/community-engineering/adam-gordon-bell.md. The collisions are with (1) the Hugo alias /community/community-engineering/adam-gordon-bell/ on the new file at content/community/team/adam-gordon-bell.md and (2) the s3 redirect at scripts/redirects/community-team-rename-redirects.txt:1. Both are intentional — they're exactly how this PR preserves the old URL during the rename. The deleted file's empty frontmatter (frontmatter_parse_ok: false) is why the collision tokens render as ?.
