Add Doug's sphinxcontrib.spelling to Sphinx documentation builds. The plugin uses Enchant to check documentation for spelling errors.

Fix a bunch of typos in documentation and code.

Add spelling_wordlist.txt to teach the spell checker technical terms like cheeseshop, fromager, and traceback.
