revert: remove non-consented prose and code from the library

Summary

Part of #1835; deletes the surviving copyrightable prose and code from authors who declined relicensing consent, exactly as enumerated in the expanded audits on that issue.

Details

• removes all audited docstring and comment lines across twelve source files, the _TYPES and _CLASSES mapping tables in const.py, the surviving 2009 code expressions, and the two remaining example files
• this PR is intentionally aggressive: where only a line or two of a function survived, the whole function is deleted so the follow up is a clean rewrite with no possible objection about what remained
• the tree is intentionally broken; the deletions are kept separate so the removal itself is visible and reviewable, the same shape as revert: remove contributions from a non-consenting contributor #1838, and the follow up PR restores every behavior with freshly written code
• pre-commit was skipped for these commits since the tree deliberately does not parse in places

Test plan

• the deleted lines match the audit tables on [Previous Contributors Response Needed] Transition python-zeroconf to the Apache-2.0 License #1835 one for one
• the follow up restore PR builds green on top of this
