Modifies the
testtarget of the iOS testbed project to omit the collection of simulator diagnostics in the case of a test suite failure. This significantly speeds up the "end of test run" cycle when a test suite fails.Also updates the Xcode testbed project to use the Xcode 16 feature that removes the need to explicitly list (and have a unique identifier) for each and every file in a project folder.
