ciflow/docslabel, so fork PRs still get a docs preview.role/arcaccess to thepytorch-tutorial-build-pull-requestbucket, added in metainternal/pytorch-gha-infraarc-role-tutorials-xla.ci-useruid 1001, the OSDC runner's uid, so jobs own the workspace the runner creates; with uid 1000, checkout can't write it and git rejects it as dubious ownership.
