Follow-up to #592, part of #431. Independent of #594; once both this and #594 are merged, #431 can be closed.

Converts 28 hand-written links to GitHub repository roots into the :gh-repo: role. Links whose text was owner/repo became the short form (:gh-repo:`pyvec/money` ); the rest keep their custom text (:gh-repo:`Knihovnička <pyvec/bookshelf>` ).

Deliberately left untouched:

  • Links deeper into a repo (blob/, tree/, issues/, edit/, wiki/, …)
  • URLs in code blocks (git clone …, pip install git+…)
  • README.rst, as GitHub renders it as the repo's front page and doesn't understand Sphinx roles
  • In the generated grants.rst, only the template envelope (the intro) changed, to match grants.rst.jinja. Texts of grant requests taken verbatim from GitHub issues are untouched

The docs build passes with -nWaE and the tests pass.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Only links to repository roots are converted. Deeper links (blob, tree,
issues, …), code blocks, the README (rendered by GitHub as is), and texts
of grant requests taken verbatim from GitHub issues are left untouched.
