Huh? Who? Why?

I've spent most of my career building digital public infrastructure and Human-Civil-computer interaction. My background is in design -- leading teams, building public-facing platforms and systems. Right now, I'm focused on building trust plumbing tools for human-agent experience. I launch events, too. More here.
