Add the three bundle files required by ART's build pipeline for Quay 3.14 container security operator builds:
Files added
bundle/art.yaml— CSV version string replacementsbundle/image-references— ART image name to upstream pullspec mappingsbundle/container-security-operator.package.yaml— OLM package metadataContext
ART's build pipeline requires these files for any operator image with
update-csvconfigured. Without them, the image rebase step fails with "image-references file not found".These files are derived from the working
redhat-3.17branch templates, adapted for 3.14 version strings.AI-generated. Review for accuracy.
