bundle/image-referencesfor ART builds on theredhat-3.12branch.This file maps ART image names to upstream pullspecs and is required by the
update-csvconfig inocp-build-data. Without it, the ART build pipeline fails withFileNotFoundError: image-references file not found.Content matches the
redhat-3.15branch, with image tag for:quay-container-security-operator-rhel8AI-generated. Review for accuracy.
