Adds an explanation of the
cliMessageclass to the "CLI messages" section of the semantic-cli vignette, and when to use it withsuppressMessages()/testthat::expect_message(), as distinct from the internalcli_messagecondition class already documented.This is a separate approach from #833, which does a direct find-replace of
cli_message→cliMessage. Per the discussion on #832, both classes are real and distinct, so this PR adds an explanation instead of replacing one with the other.
