Refresh the generated family API after releasing the satellite patch versions.

• pins understudy-testo to v0.3.2 and understudy-psalm to v0.8.2;
• updates the committed workspace lock and generated snapshots/pages;
• lowers the method-summary completeness budget from 49 to 0 after the API documentation work.
