Polish fleet tui section jump cards

Summary:

• Move Section Jump cards onto the iOS glass surface with hairline borders.
• Highlight the active card with an IOS_TINT border and tint badge while keeping the LIVE pill.
• Add unit coverage for inactive glass cards and active-card tint/LIVE state.
