Summary

  • The name `reconify` is already registered on PyPI under a different account, so the first publish attempt got a 403.
  • Renames the PyPI distribution to `reconify-python` (confirmed free via the PyPI JSON API). Import name stays `reconify`.

Test plan

  • Local build produces reconify_python-0.1.0-py3-none-any.whl and installs/imports as `reconify`
  • Merge to main
  • Re-tag/re-release v0.1.0 (or bump) and re-run the publish workflow

The reconify name is already taken on PyPI; reconify-python is free.
The import name (reconify) and module layout are unchanged.
