Summary

Return an empty resource result for a selected project with no environments. Apply a saved default only when no project was explicitly selected.

Motivation

An empty project scope currently falls through to the workspace listing, displaying unrelated resources under the selected project label.

How to verify

go test ./cmd/... ./pkg/... ./internal/...
  • All 57 development packages pass on the candidate.
  • Loader and view tests cover bare projects, empty and populated environments, workspace-wide listing, saved defaults and explicit-project precedence.
  • New-code lint is clean against c31e586e; full lint on unmodified main reports 92 pre-existing findings with the pinned golangci-lint v2.14.0.

Release notes

Selecting a project with no environments shows an empty resource list instead of all workspace resources.
