Adds a Dockerfile so Docker-based MCP hosts (Glama, etc.) can build and run a release of the server. The image installs the published @rendobar/mcp package and runs it over stdio.
This unlocks Glama's release-based scoring (tool definition quality and coherence), which is gated behind a buildable image. Auth is lazy, so a placeholder RENDOBAR_API_KEY is enough for a host to start the server and introspect the tool list.
