Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [react-native](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/HEAD/packages/react-native) and [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint). These dependencies need to be updated together.
