Fix Rust admission and container identity checks for 0.29.3 - #8

Preserve local source edges while terminating repeated glob searches and exposing crate-root extern aliases to child modules. Missing, ambiguous, recursive, shadowed and disabled-prelude imports remain explicit failures. Focused graph regressions and changed-source checks pass. The earlier glob candidate also passed rustfacts-unit and architecture-unit. Full follow-up verification and the remaining semantic/Cargo findings are still in progress.
Nested manifest paths previously became raw command names, so checkpoint construction rejected them before any check ran. Derive bounded immutable names from the operation and manifest identity while retaining original paths in arguments and findings. The regression reproduces the rejected gate identity and covers nested, colliding-separator, spaced and long Unicode paths across discovery, resolution and compilation commands. Focused engine and quality tests pass; formatting and diff checks pass. Final checkpoint verification remains pending.

Cloud Devbox's Linux GPUI validation is blocked by Cargo command identities rejected by gates, incomplete Rust import resolution, dependency checks that treat replacement packages as independent projects, and a container scan that compares Docker manifest IDs with Trivy configuration IDs. This prepares Code Polishy 0.29.3 against current main to resolve those failures.
The full local merge gate passed on

Eleven existing file-length warnings and the existing vulnerability/release-age assessments remain visible; no new assessment was added. The gate report is.code-polishy-reports/merge-gate/f663e03ba44b88116f49c5bb01509e2fcc6c0eb01cc02d659906cdd2f2938d92/report.json. Native Ubuntu, macOS and Windows CI must pass on the release candidate before publication. No Cloud Devbox admission or native Linux UI pass is claimed by these tooling tests.
