Ignore digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu in link checks - #101

Conversation
The EU Commission pages cited in the SynthID article return 403 to scripted fetches, which fails the Actions link check on deploy. They are primary sources, so the citations stay and the host is ignored, as other bot-hostile hosts already are. Why
The Actions link check on deploy failed on two EU Commission pages cited in
content/claude-synthid-text-watermark-attack-surface.md(lines 248-249). They return403 Forbiddento scripted requests (confirmed from a plain curl on 2026-10-21), so the build fails although the pages are fine in a browser. What
Adds
digital-strategy\.ec\.europa\.euto.lycheeignore, next to the other bot-hostile hosts. Citations stay as they are, pointing at the live Commission URLs.Trade-off
The weekly
link-rot.ymljob reads.lycheeignoretoo, so it will stop checking this host. Tracked in the follow-up issue.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
