Add expanding hero blog callout and compact mobile product cards

Summary

• Replace the floating latest-update window with a glass pill at the bottom of the hero that expands into an image-led callout before the products.
• Keep the expansion clear of the hero, retain subtle arrow motion, and support reduced-motion and short-screen fallbacks.
• Make mobile product cards more compact while preserving artwork geometry and animations.
• Remove the blog indicator dot and glow.

Validation

• Independent code review and automated Co review: no issues found.
• Formatting, whitespace, sitemap, and built SEO checks passed.
• Production Astro build passed: 448 pages.
• Desktop (1440px) and mobile (390px) browser checks passed: image loaded, expansion clear of hero, no horizontal overflow, compact 220px cards with proportional artwork.
• Reduced-motion fallback passed; browser error log empty.
• GitHub CI build, vendor guard, and Railway preview deployment all passed.

Separate stack-walkthrough edits in the workspace are intentionally excluded.
