… alpha) Extracted from assaferan/lmfdb eisenstein branch via the alpha join: that branch had merged all of alpha, so this is a clean re-application of the CMF Eisenstein changes on top of current main. Content matches upstream/alpha for all touched files, except lmfdb/utils/web_display.py and lmfdb/elliptic_curves/web_ec.py and lmfdb/lfunctions/main.py, where only the Eisenstein-related hunks are included (other hunks in those files belong to the lattices and modcurve branches). Also adds test_cmf_eisenstein.py to the CI matrix (devmirror only) and bumps the test file count to 45. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
