Fix LogAdapter perf (#96) and add cache pruning (#97) - #99

- Switch LogAdapter to ListAdapter + DiffUtil for efficient updates instead of full list copies + notifyDataSetChanged. - Only auto-scroll log to top if user is already near the top (prevents yanking history while reading). - Add created_at to CacheEntry + Room migration v2->v3. - Add pruneOldEntries() that keeps the most recent 5000 cache entries. - Call prune after every insert in DigestCache. Closes #96, #97
