Can you provide an info file for reading this in Emacs?

I'm having trouble converting rst2textinfo due to issues with docutils library. Is it possible to provide an info file? I'd like to read this in Emacs when I'm offline. Thanks in advance.

I wrote it using emacs and you should be able to read the rst file directly under emacs. In any case, I'm not sure how to produce the info file.
