Geist typography everywhere, one console type scale - #109

- web: add @fontsource-variable/geist{,-mono}; console.css imports
them and sets --font-sans/--font-mono via @theme (Inter stack gone,
log/empty code stacks now var(--font-mono)).
- blume.config.ts: theme.fonts display/body geist, mono geist-mono
(Blume self-hosts woff2 at build; no Google Fonts requests).
- One console scale: text-xl only for .main-title/empty h1
(22px->1.25rem), stat-value text-3xl->text-lg semibold, avatar
monograms text-xl bold->text-lg semibold, sidebar 15px->text-base,
hostname 15px->text-base, dialog/modal titles bold->semibold.
- Mono now code/logs/timestamps/hashes + machine identifiers only:
dropped on action summaries, error messages, emails.
