Fix examples for English to German dev set

The tags for this example are off. The English sentence for dev_0000000426 is:
Select the <ph>idea theme</ph>’s <parmname>Status</parmname>.

The corresponding German translation of idea theme's is Ideenthemas and of Status is status. The two corresponding tags in the German translation were permuted before.

The other fixed examples mainly also contain a wrong permutation of the tags. In one example a space was missing.

@hassyGo Do you think it's possible merge these changes? I think they are relatively straight forward and would improve the quality of the dev set with respect to tags.

Alternatively you can change your commits to another email and force push the change. After getting your commits associated with your GitHub account, sign the Salesforce Inc.
