plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json nested its inline hooks under hooks.hooks. Claude Code reads that as an unknown hook event and ignores it (claude plugin validate: "hooks.hooks: unknown hook event; entry ignored at runtime"), so the idle_prompt notification never fired for plugin installs.

  • Unwrap to hooks.Notification
  • Add a description to both marketplace files

claude plugin validate --strict now passes for plugin/ and the repo marketplace.

plugin.json nested its inline hooks under hooks.hooks, which Claude Code
reads as an unknown hook event and drops, so the idle_prompt notification
never fired. Also give both marketplace files a description so
`claude plugin validate --strict` passes.
