Adding sameeeeeeep/switchboard as a marketplace downloads the whole repo (~612 MB on disk) and took 1m50s, close to Claude Code's 120 s clone limit, so slow connections would fail before anyone saw the card.

  • publish.sh mirrors packages/notch-mod to sameeeeeeep/switchboard-notch (its own marketplace, ~1 MB) and uploads the release zip there
  • README: install is /plugin install switchboard-notch --marketplace sameeeeeeep/switchboard-notch; trial is claude --plugin-url https://github.com/sameeeeeeep/switchboard-notch/releases/download/v0.1.0/switchboard-notch.zip
  • helper/sb-card re-signed and notarized by build.sh

Tested as a new user with an isolated config: marketplace add 5 s / 1 MB, install OK, binary accepted / Notarized Developer ID, --plugin-url trial loads.

The entry in this repo's marketplace stays, so existing switchboard marketplace users can install it without a second marketplace.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Adding the switchboard repo as a marketplace downloads ~612 MB and took
1m50s, near Claude Code's 120 s clone limit. publish.sh mirrors this
plugin to sameeeeeeep/switchboard-notch (its own marketplace) and releases
the zip there; install now takes ~5 s. The README points to it. Source of
truth stays here.
