Summary

Reconcile the Windows preview source-of-truth documents with current main and live GitHub state after the completed 2026-10-01 implementation wave, without overstating packaged/native-client or parity evidence.

Changes

Test plan

RED: PowerShell current-main/source-wave assertion -> failed because the plan recorded the old source floor, omitted PRs #573-#580, and did not classify #556 as source-fixed/evidence-remaining
GREEN: PowerShell current-main/source-wave assertion -> passed with current main 7d38268, PRs #573-#580, and #556 source-fixed/evidence-remaining
REGRESSION: PowerShell ledger/delivery-map/issue-inventory assertion plus git diff --check -> passed with 98 rows, 62 Validated, 36 Partial, 36 mapped Partial surfaces, 7 open/6 closed issues, 7 gates, and no whitespace errors

Checklist

  • I have read the Contributing Guidelines
  • I have signed off my commits (git commit -s) per the DCO
  • Tests pass locally (make test) — not run because this changes only investigation documentation; the focused documentation assertions above passed
  • Code follows the existing style (make check) — not run because no Swift/Zig source changed; git diff --check passed
  • I added the test/contract before the implementation and observed the intended RED failure
