Record lane A and E wave-1 escalations in the parity plan

Summary

Record two wave-1 escalations in the plan's lane table, so the plan matches the running sessions.

• Lane A (Windows parity: Dialog and sheet framework: in-window dark sheets that size to content and never clip #768) had two substantive rubber-duck rejections, so it moves to its 2nd escalation, claude-opus-5.5.
• Lane E's follow-up PR Windows parity: jump palette dimming, anchoring, attention-first order and a scrollbar that stays dark on hover (#776) #792 (Windows parity: Jump palette is an in-window dark palette with typed, stated rows #776) had two substantive source-review rejections of its scrollbar hover fix, so it moves to claude-sonnet-5.5.

The escalation records and handoff details are on #768 and #776.

Changes

• investigation/windows-parity-orchestration-plan.md, wave-1 lane table:
  • row A gains the 2nd escalation (02:45);
  • row E notes Windows parity: in-window dark jump palette matching macOS (#776) #788 merged and the Windows parity: jump palette dimming, anchoring, attention-first order and a scrollbar that stays dark on hover (#776) #792 escalation (02:50);
  • row B notes Windows: make the right loop panel readable and match its macOS hierarchy #789 merged and that the lane is now on Windows parity: Canvas loop cards match the macOS card (layout, states, roles, colours) #764.

This is a documentation-only change with no product code, so the Windows suites and macOS make test/make check were not run.
