Summary

This is a ledger reconciliation by the wave-2 coordinator. The jump palette row in investigation/ui-parity-matrix.md now cites the accepted wave-1 evidence:

The row stays Partial:

Changes

  • investigation/ui-parity-matrix.md: the jump palette row is rewritten. The status is unchanged (Partial), so the counts stay at 36 Validated, 60 Partial and 2 Out of scope.

Test plan

RED: Select-String origin/main investigation/ui-parity-matrix.md jump palette row for #788 -> 0 matches; the row still described the pre-#788 light popup
GREEN: git diff origin/main...a8715f9 -> one row rewritten, citing #788, #792, #776 and #799, status still Partial
REGRESSION: matrix status-count regex on the branch -> 36 Validated, 60 Partial, 2 Out of scope (unchanged); exact-head CI on this PR

This is a documentation-only change, so the Windows suites and macOS make test/make check were not run.

Checklist

  • I have read the Contributing Guidelines
  • I have signed off my commits (git commit -s) per the DCO
  • Tests pass locally (make test)
  • Code follows the existing style (make check)
  • I added the test/contract before the implementation and observed the intended RED failure

Keep the row Partial for the open workspace destination gap, hardware wheel routing and assistive-technology limits.
