The newly merged CI workflow uses third-party GitHub Actions without Dependabot coverage. Add weekly Actions updates at the repository root, cap open PRs at three, and group minor/patch updates while keeping major updates separate.
Validation: safe YAML parsing, cached Dependabot JSON schema, unique Actions/root scope, current workflow/action references and whitespace checks passed. The reviewed-base comparison adds only
.github/dependabot.yml(11 lines). Application source, data, existing CI workflows and other task branches are preserved. Existing CI checks will be followed; no local software installation or manual application build was performed.
