Merge E2E_TESTS.md, E2E_TRIAGE.md, and E2E_BUGS.md into a single tests/e2e/Readme.md, dropping the finished Phase 0-5 build log, dated audit/survey tables, superseded scope numbers, and per-fix narrative that had accumulated as changelog rather than reference material.
