• render safe inline Markdown in interactive question option labels and answered summaries
• strengthen standard-agent guidance against plan-only turns
• classify Claude transcript tails conservatively and add recovery guidance when native resume follows an interrupted turn
• add targeted regression coverage

• chat feed tests: 46 passed

Notes

• unknown transcript formats preserve native resume without speculative recovery
• Codex recovery parsing remains disabled until completion markers are fixture-verified
• full DB-backed unit/E2E suites require Docker Compose, which is unavailable in this environment
