Patch release cutting everything merged since v0.19.1.

Features

• Default project memory collection to off and require an explicit per-project opt-in.
• Cap retained notification history at 50, exempting unresolved approval and input requests.
• Matrix loader on in-progress workspace rows and a one-line Turn Activity current-run header.
• Resource Manager memory and Electron CPU trends, process counts, uptime, and pressure gauges.
• Write Slack's published public OAuth client ID for Cursor Slack hosted MCP, and require a caller Slack app client ID for Kiro.

Bug Fixes

• Keep the model and effort header pinned while the model grid scrolls.
• Cap expanded run evidence and separate collaboration/delegation controls on task panels.
• Report the real GitHub merge outcome and derive Open PR status from merge state first.
• Scope account-limit blocking to the selected model's usage pool.
• Refuse a task turn when the workspace folder is missing or not absolute.

Breaking Changes

• Existing users must re-enable project memory collection per project after upgrading. Stored memories, recall preferences, and collection templates are preserved.
