Patch release cutting everything merged since v0.19.3.

Features

• Classify Auto intent with the Utility model before choosing an execution model, and migrate existing profiles to model-first routing while keeping custom rules.
• Open a read-only detail dialog from a subagent, worker, or child-task row with assignment, activity, result, and labelled model/effort.
• Recover a crashed Lens session on retry, preserve login-popup opener links and POST data, and expand inspect with DevTools and component metadata.
• Select numbered Lens page pins in the feedback editor, drop unchecked comments before send, and pause or resume agent access so resume cannot revive older command leases.
• Compare sent Lens feedback with a fresh visible target capture, and keep bounded memory-only session captures in expanded browser tool details.

Bug Fixes

• Render completed agent rows below the "N done" toggle in the Task Activity work graph.
• Expose stave_consult_advisor when a Codex native thread is reused.
• Discard pending Lens annotation images when their comment is removed or the owning view changes.
