The 'Optimization with SpotOptim' manuscript now lives in its own repository at bartzbeielstein/bart26g-spotoptim, depending on spotoptim from PyPI instead of an editable monorepo path. Removes the bart26g/ tree (incl. its uv.lock, a Dependabot source for this monorepo, which clears Dependabot #59) and the orphaned bart26g/* entries from .gitignore.
