@cchapmanbird I made some changes. The focus was to make sure the paper didn't read just like SMC for annealing. I've added some particle filter examples to https://github.com/sequince-dev/sequince-examples/tree/main/particle_filtering |

Initial draft of the JOSS paper for arXiv submission. This will describe v0.1.x.
