Add purple Drew app

Summary

App Builder

Adds the App Builder app "Sarah's App Mon, Aug 31, 1:17:54 pm" so it renders the requested purple drew screen. The app uses the required App Builder identifier for deployment.

Changes

• Scaffolded apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm as a Datadog Apps workspace app.
• Replaced the starter UI with a centered purple drew view and scoped CSS.
• Set the Vite app identifier to 49cc0c41-c813-47db-baf6-92c38dc664be.
• Aligned package dependencies with the existing workspace React 18 setup and regenerated the root package-lock.json workspace records.

Testing/Validation

• git fetch origin && git rev-parse origin/master && git merge --no-ff origin/master; incorporated 99f6577.
• npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts
• npm ci --ignore-scripts
• Confirmed package-lock.json contains apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm and node_modules/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm records.
• npm run typecheck -w apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm
• npm run lint -w apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm
• DD_SITE=datadoghq.com npm run build -w apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-17-54-pm
• Started the Vite dev server and verified with Playwright that the h1 text is drew and its computed color is rgb(124, 58, 237).
