Adds the requested Datadog App for Sarah's App Mon, Aug 31, 1:42:47 pm. The app displays the word "ameesha" prominently in magenta and uses the App Builder identifier provided for this session.

Changes

• Added apps/sarah-s-app-mon-aug-31-1-42-47-pm as a Vite React Datadog App.
• Replaced the scaffolded welcome UI with a centered magenta "ameesha" display.
• Set the Datadog Apps identifier to 1aec96bc-0122-4c80-ad08-63c4e9b7a055.
• Aligned the app package with the workspace React 18 dependency policy and regenerated the root package-lock.json.
