Severino Labs

Self-hosted infrastructure and personal tooling

Severino Labs

The one-person systems outfit behind jseverino.com: a self-hosted homelab, the ops tooling that runs it, and the pipeline that publishes the parts worth sharing.

Everything hangs off one idea: a private Obsidian vault is the single source of truth, and every other system — AI tooling, a private ops app, the public site, the CLI suite — derives from it rather than duplicating it.

The Labs at a glance: the tools CLI drives the Severino Labs vault with one command per operation; the vault derives three surfaces — severino-vault-mcp for sensitivity-gated AI recall, Severino HQ as the private ops app on a homelab where nothing listens publicly, and jseverino.com as the published subset on the Cloudflare edge, the only public surface

Where the code is

The repos behind the diagram live under @joeseverino — the profile links each one, and its ARCHITECTURE.md is the full map: every component, how they talk, and the whys. This org is where Labs work lands as it outgrows a personal account; anything that moves here ships the same way everything else does — gated, checked, and derived from the vault.

The build stories, with screenshots and step-by-step decisions, are at jseverino.com.
