`--profile` isolates omp usage and cache, and labels each provider with that account's email from `omp usage`. `--github` scopes MY PRS and REVIEW REQUESTED to a named gh login without switching the active account.

What and why
--profile NAMEuses the same isolated omp auth asomp --profile NAME, and only that profile's authenticated providers appear. With--profile, each usage heading shows that provider's email fromomp usagein white (Codex (user@example.com)).--github USER(config:github.account) fetches MY PRS and REVIEW REQUESTED for a namedghlogin withoutgh auth switch. It does not label usage.OpenRouter per-key spend and Nous Portal credits are read through the selected omp profile's token. Emails and keys are not hardcoded.
