The package was renamed back to single-spa-angular in #572, but the README still described the interim @single-spa-community scope and migration note.

@arturovt I noticed that the README.md had an outdated section since you renamed it back to single-spa-angular.

Made this PR to remove (clean up) that outdated section.
Should we maybe replace it with a new status update for people who are currently on @single-spa-community/angular ? Wdyt?

@kfrederix I'm wondering whether this could be an issue, I might guess people would be opening issues.
