Dependabot bumps @typescript-eslint/parser from 8.67.0 to 8.70.1 in devDependencies (package.json plus the generated pnpm-lock.yaml). This is a routine patch-level bump within the same major version; the release notes list only fixes in the plugin/estree packages, none of which affect the parser's public API. No code changes to review, and the lockfile is generated. The only note on the PR is the missing automated/dependencies labels in dependabot.yml, which is a config concern outside this diff. No findings.
