What

  • Add a Git branching workflow section to the canonical agent doc (.agents/AGENTS.md, symlinked as AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md): main ← development ← feature branch, one direction, all changes via PR, never direct commits to main or development.
  • Record the generalizable findings from an App Store Connect session as .agents/plans/from-splitfire-ai-apps-session.md.

Notes

  • The plan file was scrubbed of per-app identifiers (app id, bundle id, version, build number) since this is a public repo; only generalizable findings remain. No ASC key id / issuer id was ever included.
  • Command surfaces recorded were verified from --help, not guessed.

Docs-only; no code or behavior change.

Document the main <- development <- feature-branch policy (one
direction, all changes via PR, never direct commits to main or
development) in the canonical agent doc, and record the generalizable
findings from an App Store Connect session as a plan.

Adds a Git branching workflow section to the main agent documentation, specifying a strict one-directional flow with no direct commits to main or development branches, only PR merges. Also adds a new plan document summarizing generalizable findings from an App Store Connect CLI session, including command usage clarifications and a recommended release recipe. The plan file is scrubbed of any sensitive app-specific identifiers.

Drop the specific PR reference and 'we slipped' framing from the ASC
session plan; keep the generalizable lesson (plan files land via a
feature branch + PR, never a direct commit to development/main) and
point at the Git branching workflow section of AGENTS.md.
