Support for user-defined JSON marshalled struct objects (e.g. `intstr.IntOrString`)

Currently creating JSON patches for sophisticated JSON struct types (e.g. intstr.IntOrString) is not possible. Add the possibility to specify custom patch handlers by the field type.
