Use
web-packagesas the source of truth for Utopia Project browser package projection and import map.This replaces the legacy Utopia components configuration, adds the generated
.manifest.json, and updates the Test Packages workflow to use theweb:packagestasks. Utopia 3.0.6 loads the generic manifest through its compatible Bake Node 0.1 reader.Validation: frozen package install/check, 24 tests, RuboCop, and 100% documentation coverage pass.
