Desired Behavior
Upgrade ViewComponent to at least 4.1.1, although we can probably upgrade all the way to the most recent 4.x.
Current Behavior
Currently ViewComponent uses ActiveSupport::Configurable which has been removed in Rails 8.2. Technically the current version doesn't even support Rails 8.1 although it does seem to be working.
