Pull Request Template
creates flow that incorporates the AppD Machine agent (includes bundled splunk otel detector binary + metrics only config) Not sure what the messaging needs to be here. But we need the content.
Pull down with PR # in a branch
git fetch origin pull/510/head:pr-510 && git checkout pr-510Then run hugo
hugo server -Dand check out the content?

especially the machine agent flow and "why switch to the splunk otel collector distribution rather than just run the machine agent forever" story feels maybe weird?
